Emulsion Filters On Rolls (Paper Filters)
Emulsion roll filters made from polypropilene, polyester or/and viscon nonwoven material.
These filters are used for the filtration of semisynthetic or synthetic oil based emulsions prepared with water for the processes such as honning, turning, grinding, EDM errosion, wire erossion and wire drawing.
Our company supplies filter papers from 18 gr/m2 up to 200 gr/m2 in weight and maximum width of 200 cm, from polypropilene, polyester or/and viscon or their mixtures nonwoven material.
We supply the major domestic wire drawing firms in Turkey as well as foreign firms from stock or on request. The standard roll filter widths and lengths are given below. Special dimensions can be produced on request.
